If you're not sure how you want to begin your culinary adventure with Chef Dominique, you can start by selecting a sample menu and customizing it to your preferences. 

Please note that due to the availability of seasonal ingredients, some menus may only be available at certain times of the year.

Steamed halibut with chives crust, baby spinach, lemon emulsion

Dominique Faury has honed his culinary skills in some of the most prestigious kitchens in the world, including multiple Michelin-starred establishments. He has owned a Zagat-rated restaurant, appeared as an on-air cooking show personality, and served as the Executive Chef for the French Consulate in San Francisco. In 2017, Dominique was honored as a Master Chef of France, being inducted into the esteemed Maître Cuisinier De France society. His culinary expertise encompasses French and American cuisines.
